Add Mali-G99 GPU support for Vibrant Visuals rendering mode

Device: Motorola Moto G64 5G

GPU: ARM Mali-G99 MC2

RAM: 12GB

Android Version: 15

Issue:

Vibrant Visuals graphics mode is grayed out/unavailable on my device,

even though the Mali-G99 GPU meets or exceeds the official requirements

(Mali-G68 and above).

Expected Behavior:

Mali-G99 should be whitelisted to support Vibrant Visuals, as it's a newer

generation GPU than Mali-G77 (which is supported).

Device Performance:

Device runs Minecraft Bedrock on Fancy graphics smoothly with no lag.

The hardware is capable of supporting Vibrant Visuals based on specifications.

Request:

Please add Mali-G99 to the official whitelist for Vibrant Visuals support

on Android devices.
