[Startup Error] - "This game is already running"

“This game is already running" - I see this error every time I close minecraft by X, otherwise it can happen upto 5-9 times before I actually launch, only closing using CTRl+ Shift+F4 and “End Task” helps. Happens on all versions that have GDK, even on Previews. FIx it.
