[MCPE-24048] Flying down in creative is incredibly slow

When flying in creative mode you fly very slow downward compared to the speed flying upwards.

Flying down and flying in general is painfully slow now.

In this version, fly down is set to B, not RS by default, which is set to Fly Down Slow
