Looking at an entity highlights the block at 0, 0, 0

Whenever you look at an entity, no matter where in the world you are, the block at coordinate: 0, 0, 0 becomes highlighted.

Additionally, the coordinates of the block at 0, 0, 0 cannot be copied using the “Copy Facing Coordinates” keybind. I put this in the same bug report as I believe it relates to the same issue. Apologies if I should have separated the reports.
