Missing closed captions for old blocks

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a world and take out some relatively new blocks (e.g. Sulfur, Cinnabar, Dried Ghast, Resin Bricks) and some old blocks (e.g. Glass, Sand, Stone, Nylium, Gravel)

2.Turn your gamemode into survival mode

3.Step on them and tp yourself to a certain height respectively in order to fall on them

4.Observe the closed captions when land

Observed result: The new blocks produce “Something falls on a block“ caption while the old ones don’t

Expected result: All kinds of blocks should produce “Something falls on a block“ caption to match Java Edition
