I am playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PlayStation 5.
My survival world has never had cheats enabled, has never been opened in Creative mode, has never used experiments, behavior packs, resource packs that disable trophies, or add-ons.
On 9 July 2026, I opened the world as usual and it suddenly displayed “Trophies can’t be earned”. I did not change any settings before this happened.
Platform: PlayStation 5
Minecraft version: 1.21.32
Cheats: Never enabled
Creative mode: Never used
Experiments: Never enabled
Add-ons: Never used
Realms: I only attempted to upload the world once, but the world has never been played as a Realm.
New survival worlds can still earn trophies. The issue only affects this one existing world.
I also have an older PlayStation Plus cloud backup from before the problem occurred, which suggests the issue appeared unexpectedly.
The world should still display “Trophies can be earned” because no cheats or Creative mode have ever been used.
Instead, the world now permanently displays “Trophies can’t be earned”, even though no actions were taken that should disable trophies.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and, if possible, restore the world’s trophy eligibility, as this appears to be a bug rather than something caused by the player.
