Dying during water placement on a bottom slab frequently spawns a fake water block

If you die while simultaneously placing water on a bottom slab, there's an extremely high chance that a fake water block will spawn right at the placement spot.I'm not sure if this bug appears on other platforms or in the newer 26.33 hotfix or 26.40 preview, but it's highly probable.
