[MCPE-240674] Blocks never drop upon revisiting the End

I attempted to return to the End, only to find out that my diamond blocks are missing upon the next revisit.

Obsidian end platform and blocks above it are recreated each time player enters the end (to make sure player has space to spawn) - so anything placed there will be overwritten.
