Accessibility settings on Xbox Series X do not persist

Any time I load Minecraft on my Xbox Series X, I get a “Turn Off Screen Reader?”, explaining that screen reader support is enabled by default on my device. This is untrue; I have all accessibility features disabled in the system settings.

Additionally, “Chat instructions on join” is always enabled, despite the fact that I disable it every time.

Neither of these issues have ever occured for me on Windows, Android, or Nintendo Switch.
