The abandoned camp structure sometimes floating in the ocean biomes

The abandoned camp structure contains a generation bug, which floats in the center of the ocean biomes. It creates without any support beneath it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition or Preview on certain platforms.

2. Click the play button from the main menu.

3. Click the create button to create a new world.

4. Click the creative mode button.

5. Go to the seed generator with the seed template button and then, use my seed below to create the world. -7017527176383540169

6. The coordinates are -353, 63, 1251

7. Then, you will find the abandoned camp structure floating in the center of the ocean and forest biomes.

Observed result:

When the abandoned camp structure is generating in the ocean biome, it sometimes floats in the ocean with no support beneath it.

Expected result:

The Abandoned camp structure should not occasionally appear in the center of the ocean biomes.
