I have a similar issue with the Xbox Series X. You are not alone.
I'm not sure if this is the bug.
I hope it gets fixed in the future?
This bug was already fixed when I tested the 26.50 version from last month.
Before 26.40 existed, there was no abandoned camp structure like an island floating in the ocean biomes.
Sure, I will not create any more duplicate bug tickets from someone else.
I came here to apologize for my behavior, including making a duplicate copy of your bug ticket report for myself. It’s just that I would like to see this bug getting fixed in the future. I promise I won’t make any duplicate bug ticket reports from someone else again.
They fixed the bug that caused sign text to disappear in older worlds in version 1.21.120.

I have a similar issue with the birch forest and old-growth biome variant, and they do not produce the lily of the valley flower type.
