Event: Mobs in Minecraft Bedrock de-rendered completely when I backed up more than five chunks while still looking at them. When moving forward, the animals reappeared and teleported around. Their animations always appeared choppy and slow. The screen recording attached shows it happening with horses, a llama, a donkey, and a mule; but this also happened with bees, pigs, a wolf (tamed by me), a cat, and two other players in the world. A similar thing seemed to happen with grass on a nearby mountainside: when moving closer, it suddenly rendered in in big patches.
Replication: Prepare mobs, likely in a cage. This will work with any mob that is tall enough to see when moving backwards: wolves and horses are what I used. Begin to back up slowly. When reaching around 100 blocks, stop and look at the animals.
Expected result: You should be able to still see the mobs from this distance, especially looking forward across the ground. All previous versions of Minecraft have shown me this when I happened to back up in such a way.
Actual result: After you hit that mark (it took me around a stack and 45 blocks so around 100 blocks away) the animals will de-render but not despawn. When moving back closer to them they will teleport around a bit before resuming their choppy movement like before. I will attach a video below: I think you can see one horse re-render at the end.
I will also attach the world. I donβt know if this will help, but hopefully it does.

Hi!
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Working As Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended: according to the comment on MCPE-153474 it is intended that entities outside the ticking distance (simulation distance) do not render. On simulation distance 4, that can be a short as 45 blocks diagonally (65 taxicab).
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

Not only was my render distance at 24 chunks my simulation distance was at 8 chunks. I was not 8 chunks away in this recording. Also, this was not present with a Switch user playing the same world, where neither the animal animations or rendering were like this. I can attach a screen recording from Nintendo switch if it helps.
