The tooltip box's layer is displayed incorrectly in villager trading screen

Short description of the issue
The new added tooltip (e.g. for compass, crafting table, chest, etc) box is displayed wrongly in the villager trading screen, in which its layer is overlapped by items.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a new world, with creative mode and cheats enabled.
2. Summon some villagers until you summon a cartographer villager.
(Note: cartographer villager is only an example for reproducing this issue. This issue may exist in other villager professions' trading screens.)
3. Use the following command: /give @s emerald 100 to get a lot of emeralds (You can also get sufficient emeralds from your creative inventory). And then trade with the cartographer villager until you unlock the next level (apprentice level).
4. Hover your cursor over the compass item’s icon (in apprentice level).

Expected result
The tooltip box is displayed correctly, in which the box’s layer is over the item’s.

Actual result
The tooltip box is displayed wrongly, in which the box’s layer is under the item’s.

NOTE: The issue is Classic UI only.
