[MCPE-24136] Bugs

1) The arm for the armor does not rotate from the red dust signal
2) particles from dragon breathing are direct
3) Do not show Kraft asterisk
4) When replacing the helmet slot with blocks of entities, using the / replaceitem command blocks are not displayed on the heads
5) the structural unit does not open

Structure Blocks only works on Windows 10 edition
