Iron Golem becomes invincible after being repaired at the exact moment of death

When an Iron Golem is repaired with an Iron Ingot at the exact moment it dies, it becomes stuck in the death animation. The Golem can still move and attack hostile mobs, but it cannot take damage and cannot be killed.
