Not downloaded cloud worlds do not display non-English characters

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a world with a non-English name, such as “我的世界“.

2. Back it up to the cloud in the settings.

3. Close the game and delete that world’s files at “C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Bedrock\Users\{numbers}\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds“

4. Open the game and look for that undownloaded cloud world.

Expected result:

The world's full name is displayed.

Actual result:

It only shows the English letters. “我的世界“ disappears entirely, and “我的世界 (1)“ becomes only “ (1)“

Note:

I would also like for the worlds to show their actual thumbnails, but I don’t know if it is a bug or by design.
