Vibrant Visuals: Enabling it significantly increases GPU usage in the main menu.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable V-Sync for Minecraft, either via the GPU driver or by editing options.txt.

2. Open the game and stay in the main menu.

3. Set your graphics mode to Simple or Fancy in the settings.

4. Use Task Manager or monitoring software to check your GPU usage.

5. Switch to Vibrant Visuals in the settings.

6. Check your GPU usage again.

Expected result:

It shouldn't consume this much performance while idling in the main menu.

Actual result:

The GPU usage can go up to 100% just in the main menu when Vibrant Visuals is enabled.
