Steps to Reproduce:
1. Equip an official cape in Dressing Room. Save character setting.
2. Fully close and restart Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Stay at main menu.
3. Look at the paper‑doll player character model on main‑menu UI.
Observed Results:
The cape will not render on the main‑menu paper‑doll preview.
Temporary workaround: Open Dressing Room → open cape tab → tap the already‑equipped cape, return to main menu. Now the paper‑doll shows cape correctly.
Cape works fine inside Dressing Room preview.
Expected Results:
After game startup, main‑menu paper‑doll should render cape without opening Dressing Room.
