I wanted to originally report how changing anti-aliasing settings automatically locks your FPS to 30, ignoring what you set in settings but while trying to capture that, I noticed that even trying to screen record simultaneously locks the game to 30 even though I set the frame rate to unlimited in settings.
The odd thing about this is that I don't know why the game does that - and I'm pretty sure it's not a system setting causing this to save resources.
