I was playing with my brother on minecraft when i couldn’t change my skin and i thought it will be fix. My avatar was just steve and then i looked on my brothers screen and saw my original skin and not steve skin , so i came here to ask if u can fix it. I can't send any pics, becouse my brother was on playstation 5 and i’m on laptop.

OcelotOnesie, i made my skin from dressing room in bedrock edition with stuff i had as a joke, my avatar had chicken that looked like i was riding it, then i had a warden shirt, a miner hat and i had a covered eye with.. eye cap.. i think its called. My profile had my original skin but on what im looking was steve when i played. It didnt let me change skin, for exaple, i wanted to change my steve into sunny but it still was steve.
This issue is caused by a resource pack. See MCPE-74493 for more information.
What kind of skin are you using? Imported, Marketplace, or Character Creator?
