Minecraft Bedrock crashes when using chat on Moto G55 5G

Minecraft Bedrock crashes when I use the in-game chat. The game closes completely and returns to the Android home screen without showing any error message.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock.

2. Enter a singleplayer world or multiplayer server.

3. Open the chat.

4. Type a message.

5. Minecraft closes.

Expected result:

The chat should open and allow me to type normally.

Actual result:

Minecraft closes immediately when using the chat.

I tested this with a completely vanilla installation, with no addons, resource packs, or shaders. I also cleared the app data, reinstalled Minecraft, changed the keyboard, tested with and without my Microsoft account, tested another Google Play account, and updated the phone to Android 16. The problem still happens.
