[MCPE-24168] Fishing float glitches.

When casting the fishing rod, the float 'teleports' around instead of calmly floating in place. The fishing mechanism isn't broken, as I can still catch fish. This is simply a graphical error. In the video you may examine this phenomenon. Huawei P9 Lite

I noticed the bug in a slightly different way where the bobber sinks into the water when it is supposed to float there until a fish or something else grabs it. Another thing I noticed is you now get trap hooks when fishing. Not sure if this is intended to be that way or not.
