Higher controller cursor sensitivity causing cursor to be teleport back sometimes

With controller cursor sensitivity set higher than the default value, when you move the cursor out of the UI, sometimes it teleports back to a slot in the UI.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set “Controller Cursor Sensitivity” to max, and make sure “Hide Controller Cursor“ is disabled.

  2. Enter a world and open your inventory.

  3. Hold the left stick in any direction at max, then release it when the cursor is out of the UI.

  4. Do it several times if it didn't trigger at first.

Expected result:

The cursor should stay where you left it.

Actual result:

Sometimes it teleports back to the nearest inventory slot next to where it started.
