Subtitles sound that is suposed to play when its owner but this sound is not playing, the only way to hear this sound in game is using this command:
Steps to Reproduce:
Type command /playsound mob.hoglin.howl @s
Observed Results:
The subtitles not making this sound unused.
Expected Results:
The subtitles to the owner.

Your report is difficult to understand. When using /playsound mob.hoglin.howl @s, a subtitle does appear; however, it is displayed as a raw translation string. Is this the issue you are trying to report? Either way, please try to update your report to clearly state what the issue is.
