A naturally spawned turtle duplicated into 3 turtles when attacked.

I found a naturally spawned turtle in the Switch 2 beta. When I punched it, it suddenly duplicated into 3 turtles. After that, it stopped duplicating. I tried to do it again, but I could not reproduce this bug.
