Description: In Minecraft Bedrock Edition version 26.44, resource packs cannot be imported through the standard import flow. When attempting to import a valid .mcpack or .zip resource pack file, the game does not add the pack to the available resource packs list.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition version 26.44.
2. Navigate to Settings > Storage > Resource Packs.
3. Select the "Import" option and choose a valid .mcpack or .zip resource pack file.
4. Wait for the import process to complete.
Observed Result: The import either fails silently, shows no confirmation, or does not display the resource pack in the owned packs list, preventing activation.
Expected Result: The selected resource pack should import successfully, appear in the owned resource packs list, and become available for activation in global resources or a world.
