"photo_item" causes instant crash if put in inventory/off-hand

The item minecraft:photo_item is currently broken. It has no texture, no item definition, and no renderer. Picking it up causes an immediate crash when the game tries to display it. If the item is placed in the off‑hand slot, the game crashes, permanently softlocking the player until their inventory is edited externally.
