As shown in the video, when my friend on Nintendo Switch tries to exit the Chalkboard editor, the game repeatedly reopens the Chalkboard UI & traps them in the menu indefinitely.

It is technically possible to escape by spamming the B button dozens of times very quickly, but most players will not know this workaround & it is unreliable and difficult to perform. Without knowing this, the player is effectively stuck unless they reboot the game or another player breaks the Chalkboard, which deletes all written text.

I’m sorry, but I no longer remember the exact Marketplace map I used to play that contained Chalkboards. However, older Marketplace worlds from the Education‑style era did legitimately include Chalkboards before they were hidden, and many players still have those worlds in their library. Because of this, the issue affects any Switch player who opens a Chalkboard in those older worlds, not just custom or modified worlds.

Additionally, if someone downloads an EDU world from the official website, invites a friend on Switch, and that friend tries to edit a Chalkboard, they can get stuck as well.

This makes the bug a real gameplay blocker for Switch users & causes loss of content when Chalkboards must be broken to free the player.

I don’t know the specific Marketplace map names because the Marketplace doesn’t list which blocks each world uses.

What I meant is that older Education‑style Marketplace worlds did use chalkboards for instructions & those worlds still exist in players libraries.

So, while I can’t name exact titles, the issue affects any Marketplace map that originally used Chalkboards, especially EDU‑based worlds that were ported to the Marketplace, as well as older PE worlds that used them before they were hidden.
