Can't add .mcpack files

When adding .mcpack files, Minecraft doesn't appear as a choice.

I had to use a third-party application pn my old phone but even it doesn't work. I think it works on iOS

Reproducing:

1.Download file. 2. Open file.

Expected result: Import started.
