Mobs with the Wind Charged effect do not explode if they die from fire tick damage

When a mob with the Wind Charged effect dies from damage inflicted by the fire tick, no explosion is created on death. This does not affect mobs dying while standing in fire or swimming in lava.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn a mob.

2. Give the mob the Wind Charged effect.

3. Light the mob on fire and wait for it to die.

Expected result

• When the mob dies, it releases an explosion.

Observed result

• When the mob dies, no explosion happens.
