Re-entering a world while it is raining significantly reduces rain effects.

This affects both Simple / Fancy and Vibrant Visuals. I am not using any resource packs or addons.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a world with cheats enabled.

2. Run /weather rain.

3. Notice how the sky becomes darker. There’s the sound of rain and rain particles on the ground.

4. Exit and re-enter the world.

Expected result:

The raining effects should remain the same.

Actual result:

The sky is clear and the sun is up again. The rain is much lighter, and there is no rain sound or any rain particles.

If you run /weather rain again, nothing will change. You have to run /weather clear once first to let the effects come back.
