New Redstone Wire block state do not use minecraft namespace

Unlike previous new block state (minecraft:connection_<direction>), new redstone wire block state do not use minecraft namespace

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Type /setblock ~ ~ ~ redstone_wire ["redstone_east"="none"] (side and up allowed)

  2. Then type /setblock ~ ~ ~ redstone_wire ["minecraft:redstone_east"="none"] (the block state shows false and true)

Observed Results:

New Redstone wire block state do not use minecraft namespace and can be placed without it.

Expected Results:

New Redstone wire block state should be use minecraft namespace as previous new block state. A block state without minecraft will not work

The video shows typing a new redstone wire block state with minecraft namespace will not work. However, just typing without minecraft namespace will work.
