Color panel not appearing in character creator.
How to reproduce:
1. Go to the dressing room
2. Go to the character creator
3. Click the body drop down
4. Click on any category except arms, legs, and size
5. Select any item that allows you to change the color
6. Click the color button
7. Observe the left panel appearing completely blank
8. Click the equip button
9. Observe the equip button doing nothing when clicked
