opening color selection will show no color options

Opening the color selection in the Character Creator shows a completely empty screen with no color options or swatches.

• Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Preview.

2. On the main menu, tap the "Dressing Room" button

3. click/tap the “create character” or “edit character”

4. Choose a customizable part like skin, hair and eyes

5. Tap the color selection button

• Expected result
The color picker opens and shows the full grid of color swatches for selection.

• Actual result
The color picker screen opens but is totally blank—no colors or options load at all. Can't customize colors. (Video attached)
