[MCPE-242312] Specific world crashes the game when opened in 26.60 Preview

Summary:

The attached world causes Minecraft to crash when opened in 26.60.21 Preview. The same world loads successfully in the 26.45 release.

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch Minecraft Preview.
Import the attached world.
Attempt to open the world.

Observed Results:

The game freezes on the loading screen and then crashes.

Expected Results:

The world should load successfully without causing the game to freeze and crash, matching the behavior in 26.45.
