The First Person View Elements, the hand, held item models, and offhand items act as if they are not in a separate scene/view and clips through the blocks and entities in a world.
My world does not have any texture pack or addon applied to it.
Update 1:
Upon further testing, when turning on vibrant visuals the First person models do not clip and is normal until set back to fancy and simple graphics.
Update 2:
To fix the problem, I had to reinstall the game and clear its data. Uninstalling the game while still keeping its data keeps does not fix the bug.
After being fine for a few weeks, upon playing the game after a while again, the game somehow has the bug again.
Update 3:
The issue happens when setting the graphics setting to Vibrant Visuals and then setting a non-default value for its brightness, in my case around 80%. Switching back to Fancy or Simple Graphics while having the brightness of Vibrant Visuals set to the non-default value causes the issue to happen.
re-setting the brightness value of Vibrant Visuals to default and going back to Fancy or Simple Graphics fixes the issue.
Steps to replicate:
Join a World with Vibrant Visuals On and Set the VV brightness to around 80%.
Change the graphics back to Fancy or Simple.
Walk closely towards a block
Items will clip through blocks and any other things in the world as well as entities

Unfortunately I cleared the data of my game a few days ago, so the game is fine at the moment. The game was also at the newest update when it was affected by the reported bug.
Here are the screenshots of my video settings, these are my defaults so they should be the same when I was experiencing the bug.
The bug happened twice, it persists even when changing worlds, playing in servers, reopening the game, and restarting device. The only fix that stopped it temporarily at least so far is by cleaning the data of the game completely. After a couple weeks the bug returned which then prompted me to clear the gameβs data again
Could you try setting the Vibrant Visuals brightness to a non-default value and then switching back to Fancy or Simple graphics to see if that triggers the issue?
Looks like that is exactly what is happening, switching to vibrant visuals and using a non-default value and then going back to fancy or simple triggers the issue. Thank you!
