[MCPE-242613] Punch animation is cut off towards the end

Punch animation getting cut off towards the end.

How to reproduce:
1. Load a world
2. Grab a sword and a block
3. Swing with your sword, block, and hand
4. Observe the punch animation getting cut off towards the end of the animation

*This bug applies to every item and player model, even with custom blockbench animations.
