First-person swinging animation has changed

In the 26.60.29 preview, there is an odd change where the swinging animation is faster and slightly choppier. The animation might be slightly cut off at the end as well, hence the choppiness.

Note: The difference may be difficult to see through video, I recommend testing this for yourself
