Entities holding a spear does not play spear jab attack when attacking

Entities (such as skeleton, drowned, etc.) holding a spear does not play spear jab attack when attacking, while on Java Edition they do play spear jab attack when attacking.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon a drowned

2. Run these commands: /replaceitem entity @e[type=drowned] slot.weapon.mainhand 0 copper_spear

3. Give yourself a resistance: /effect @s resistance infinite 255 true

4. Change your gamemode to survival

5. Observe

Expected result:
Entities play spear jab attack, matching Java Edition.

Actual result:
Entities play their regular attack.
