After update 1.1.5 skin packs become black. On 1.1.4 all was okay.
My device Samsung J5 2016 (Adreno 306, Android 6.0.1).

This issue has been resolved as a duplicate of MCPE-24264. They reported it just before you did. In the future though if you did not this time, please search before reporting as it is likely that some one has reported it before.
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
