Dappled Forest update game crash

Anytime I try to load up Minecraft on my iPad, it will give me a white screen and crash back to the homepage of my iPad. This only started to happen after I downloaded the new Dappled Forest update. I opened Minecraft a few minutes before and it worked fine. I have tried resetting my iPad and every other fix I can think of. I have no clue what’s wrong, but it would be REALLY nice if this was fixed. Other people are probably having this issue, and it affects the whole gaming community.
