Local skin cannot be loaded

When opening the game the characters/skins are not loaded or reset to default skins instead of local skin, when the skin is set, use in the game it works fine but when I close the game and open it again, the skin is set again to default skin(like steve,…).

Also when setting a a cape and emotes the skin is temporarily reset.
