Savanna village houses consistently generate with a missing block

Savanna village houses can generate with one block missing from the structure, leaving a 1-block hole/opening in the house.

This appears to happen repeatedly across the Savanna village houses shown in the attached video.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new vanilla Minecraft Bedrock world.

2. Find a Savanna village.

3. Inspect the generated houses.

4. Several houses may contain a missing block, leaving a 1-block hole in the structure.

Observed result:

Savanna village houses can generate with a missing block, leaving an unintended 1-block hole.

Expected result:

The house structures should generate completely, without unintended missing blocks.
