[MCPE-242930] Menus and skin invisible

Worlds and settings menus are invisible but buttons can be clicked. Skin is also invisible.

After deleting and redownloading issue is fixed

Actually it duplicates MCPE-241108, as MCPE-242495 is Android specific, and screenshots show that their menus are shredded, but mostly still visible, where’s that from MCPE-241108 are completely invisible.
