Bedrock Edition freezes on loading screen and UI interface becomes unresponsive on iPadOS

Issue Summary:
After launching Minecraft Bedrock Edition on iPad, the game gets stuck on the loading screen with only the background animation playing indefinitely. When accessing the Marketplace, the page freezes and becomes completely unresponsive. Skin displays are also bugged.

Additional Information:
This issue started immediately after updating the game. It was working fine before the update, but this bug has persisted across both iOS 16 and iOS 17 (after updating the OS the next day).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition on an iPad.

  2. Tap the button to enter the main menu/game.

  3. Observe that the game stays stuck on the background loading screen without loading further.

  4. Try opening the Marketplace or checking skins to see the unresponsiveness.

Expected Result:
The game should successfully load the main menu, and all UI elements/Marketplace should function normally.

Actual Result:
The game freezes on the background loading loop, UI interactions fail, and Marketplace pages become frozen.

The character and UIs not appearing are affected by MCPE-241108, and touch response problem might be caused by a resource pack.

Do a workaround from MCPE-241108 first, because OreUI settings might be hidden preventing the other from being done.

The issue still persists even with all resource packs removed. This bug is caused by the update itself, not any resource packs. Please fix this iPadOS loading freeze
