Follower's cape shows in Java change skin page but doesn't show in Bedrock dressing room

I know it might be some known bug but I have absolute no idea how to fix it, so as title mentioned I have Follower’s cape in Java change skin menu (both on launcher edit skin menu or web change skin menu), but I cannot find it anywhere on Bedrock dressing room. So please help me fix this problem, case MCPE-219873 didn’t really get fixed.
