MCPE Major name of world glitch (1.1.4)

(Grade 9 bug) I was building a spawn point, I left, restarted the game, came back in a short time. I couldn't find the world I was working on near the top. I look at my list. I find a world at the bottom with no picture, just a gray space. The name is blank, in survival (The world was in creative), and the date: 12/31/67. I showed my friend, they were shocked. I made a new world to test a new addon I got, the addon wasn't in, I saw the world that I just made to be at the bottom with the other glitched out game. It was the same exact date as the first, no name, survival. Except the picture was a purple and black checker frame. I went back into the first game. Nothing in game was affected. It crashes every time I come back. Hopefully I get answers quick. P.S., I tried to fix the first game, put the name in, it never stayed. Screenshots unavailable due to a problem with safari.
