The Bamboo Fence is not aligned normally when held

Compared to the other fences(which are all held at the same angle and position), the Bamboo Fence is tilted more downward and it is barely visible when held in first person, as most of it is at the very bottom part of the screen. In 3rd person, it looks like the player is holding it from the very edge compared to Oak Fences, Birch fences and every other fence type in general.

How to reproduce:

1. Get a Bamboo Fence in Survival/Creative.

2. Hold it in your hand by placing it to your hotbar and tapping on it.

Expected result: The fence should be aligned like all the other fences.

Actual result: The Bamboo Fence is pointed very down in 1st Person, making it very hard to see and it is aligned lower than it actually should be in 3rd Person. If you leave the game without closing the tab and come back, then continue, the fence will be pointed even lower to the point that it can only bee seen in 3rd Person.
