Items erased from ender chest

I logged back into my survival world after 3 weeks to find all my netherite gear and potions gone from my shulkers in my enderchest. I dont know what to do Minecraft deleted my items for some reason question mark. Thankfully all I have remaining is my god sets of armor but no netherite gear and potions since thats all gone from my enderchest. (I want to gear up for the new updates coming but I cant without my essentials)
