Jitter lag when swiping to change directions

Sometimes when I try to move my character my fps drops heavily. This happens oftenly after I open my inventory or a chest or furnace or crafting table (not everytime but sometimes) and to tackle the fps drop/jitter lag I have to clear the game from my ram and restart it.
